Chapter: Comic
When I see a wooden cabin in a forest, I always wonder: What do the trees think about having a bunch of tree corpses neatly stacked in front of them? It’s morbid. It’s like they’re being mocked with skinned and dismembered relatives. You could argue that trees don’t have existential thoughts. But it never hurts to be polite.
Honey is sweet, but the bee stings
Not a smart idea Buni.
You could say the same thing about Christmas trees. I bet trees think we’re pretty sick killing and decorating tree corpses.
…I wonder how Buni would manage as a mason…
Bringing a fold-up chair woulda been too easy. Buni likes to take it to the next level without even realizing it.
Now if Buni would have just made that bench out of human parts, then there wouldn’t be an issue. 😉
What is a bouquet of flowers, other than cut-off sexual organs of plants?
And the book is like adding insult to injury.
I think that Buni had to pee in panel 5. That’s the real reason the trees are upset with Buni, what with no porta-potty out there, and not time to build one.
oops… panel 4.

Fangorn forest (I think that’s the name) anyone?
Then Buni looks away and quickly tries to act innocent and flip a couple pages. The trees, enrage, tell him to quit smacking tiny pieces of their remains.
It would be hilarious if the book was LotR and he was reading about the Ents.
