As a kid I read in some western novel that bear meat can be rather tasty, depending on what the bear was mainly feeding on: the tastier the less meat the bear itself had eaten.
Since this specimen was a butcher, we can presume that what’s left of him – the ground meat – will taste awful.
(Anyway, we could have presumed this alone from the fact that it is buni who is buying it 😀 )
