Bees are only one mechanism for plant pollination. Ex. conifers mostly rely on wind. I’ve observed hummingbird moths feeding on, and cross pollinating, honeysuckle plants.
For some reason, in that last panel, all I hear is the flower saying “Call Me”. But we all know that bee won’t be back. The same can not be said for bee 4372, given a chance.
