I always wonder how many people actually realize Pumpkin Spice Lattes (or any other pumpkin spice themed fall treats) do not actually HAVE any pumpkin in them. They’re seasoned with a mix of spices also used to flavour pumpkin pie, but we use those same spices in other things too.
Walk into your local cafe this fall and order a “Pork Spice Latte”, and see what the reaction is.
